Our Director of Programming, Jeff Brannigan, will cover the 15 Essential Stretch*s from our Level 1 Academy course in our New York City headquarters.  Jeff has worked with top athletic organizations and Olympic athletes throughout the U.S. and Europe to enhance their training and performance. He will teach you his techniques in this in-person training.
