Jeff is a movement and performance expert with a lifelong dedication to helping people move and feel better. As Co-Founder of Stretch*d, he helped create the Stretch*d Method in 2014 and has since worked with thousands - from weekend warriors to Olympic athletes.

Jeff has always held a deep passion for movement science and human performance. As one of the Co-Founders of Stretch*d, Jeff first helped develop the Stretch*d Method in 2014 as a graduate student in Washington, D.C..

Since then, Jeff has worked with thousands of individuals, ranging from everyday fitness enthusiasts to elite Olympic and professional athletes across the country.

Jeff now leads all training and development efforts at Stretch*d, ensuring that every team member is equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver top-tier service.

He remains focused on refining the Stretch*d method, implementing cutting-edge recovery strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence in movement and mobility.
