Before we get stretching, your Stretch*r will check in about any goals or areas you’d like to focus on. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so that this doesn’t eat into your session—we start right on time! During an assisted stretching session, we’ll unlock tight muscles, release tension and neck pain, alleviate stress, and help you relax. Your stretch therapist uses techniques such as passive stretching, myofascial release, and deep tissue work. No warm up or cool down required—your Stretch*r will be doing all the work. 

Like all Stretch*d services, assisted stretching sessions are one-on-one in a semi-private room. You’re in expert hands at our Encinitas assisted stretching studio.

We accept walk-ins, but cannot ensure we’ll have sessions available. It’s best to make an appointment to secure your spot. 

Always! We meet you where you’re at, without ever pushing or forcing a stretch too far. . Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, a work injury, or simply seeking pain relief, our treatment plans answer your specific needs. We incorporate myofascial release and personalized care to enhance muscle function, support strength, and reduce the risk of future injury. Our team assesses your needs, fitness level, flexibility, and other factors before every session. 

After 15 minutes, your time slot will be made available for booking by other clients. Unfortunately, if you are late, we cannot make up for lost time. Please arrive with enough time to get settled so we can stretch you for as long as possible. 

 

Sessions rescheduled more than 12 hours in advance will be credited to your account for future use (we do not offer refunds). Sessions rescheduled within 12 hours will be forfeited. Missed sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or by email.
