You should arrive a few minutes early to check in and tell your Stretch*r about any goals, needs, or concerns. There’s no need to warm up, so we’ll start right on time. Through deep
and dynamic stretches, you’ll chill out and relax while improving movement and flexibility, reducing stiness, alleviating tension, and promoting recovery.

All Stretch*d services are one-on-one in a semi-private room.

We’re open 8 AM – 8 PM Monday-Tuesday, 8 AM – 9 PM Wednesday-Thursday, 8 AM – 7 PM on Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM on Saturday, and 8 AM – 7 PM on Sunday.

We recommend booking an appointment at our assisted stretching Flatiron, NYC studio to ensure we have time for all your stretching needs. That said, we do accept walk-ins when available.

Absolutely! We know that no two people are the same, so all Stretch*d services, including assisted stretching, are customized to your specific needs, goals, flexibility level, and lifestyle. We assess the entire body and posture to identify areas for improving strength, balance, and comfort, ensuring long-term progress.

We know how New York can be. Between delayed subways, flaky Ubers, and taxi traffic, we recommend leaving early to ensure you have enough travel time. Unfortunately, if you are late, we cannot make up for lost time. Please arrive with enough time to get settled so we can stretch you for as long as possible. Before and after your session, you can also make use of our Flex area. After 15 minutes, your time slot will be made available for booking by other clients. 

Sessions rescheduled more than 12 hours in advance will be credited to your account for future use (we do not offer refunds). Sessions rescheduled within 12 hours will be forfeited. Missed sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or by email.
