All assisted stretching sessions are tailored to your needs. We recommend arriving about 5 minutes early so your Stretch*r can get a clear picture of your wellness goals for the stretch session. Dynamic stretching will help improve balance, promote joint strength, alleviate muscle tightness and reduce stiffness. Regular stretching can improve flexibility by 25% in just two months. Stretching (and massage therapy) can reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, as well as improve sleep quality. 

All Stretch*d sessions are one-on-one in a semi-private room.

We’re open 8 AM – 8 PM Monday-Wednesday, 8 AM – 7 PM Thursday-Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM on Saturday, and 9 AM – 7 PM on Sunday. 

We recommend making an appointment at our Upper East Side assisted stretching studio to ensure a session. Walk-ins are accepted, but we cannot guarantee availability. 

Of course! All assisted stretching is tailored to your needs, flexibility level, and fitness goals. Our Stretch*rs check in throughout the session to ensure you’re comfortable and getting the most out of each stretch. 

We know how New York can be. Between delayed subways, flaky Ubers, and taxi traffic, we recommend leaving early to ensure you have enough travel time. Unfortunately, if you are late, we cannot make up for lost time. Please arrive with enough time to get settled so we can stretch you for as long as possible. Before and after your session, you can also make use of our Flex area. After 15 minutes, your time slot will be made available for booking by other clients. 

 

Sessions rescheduled more than 12 hours in advance will be credited to your account for future use (we do not offer refunds). Sessions rescheduled within 12 hours will be forfeited. Missed sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or by email.
