From the minute you enter a Chelsea, NYC assisted stretching session, our expert Stretch*rs create a personalized approach customized to your unique goals and needs. Through dynamic and pain-free techniques, you’ll quickly understand the difference it makes to have someone else stretch you out. With sessions starting at just 25 minutes, we fit into any on-the-go lifestyle. Plus, we like to think that slowing down and letting someone else take care of you further helps alleviate stress, anxiety, and burnout. By unlocking tight muscles and relieving tension in problem areas, assisted stretching contributes to long lasting flexibility, range of motion, and joint health. An efficient 25-minute stretch or Face*ssage targets key areas and provides quick relief.

GETTING HERE:
Just north of Lenox Hill and only four blocks from Central Park, Stretch*d Upper East Side is located in a residential, laid-back neighborhood. Streets lined with shops, galleries, and cafes make way for our light and airy space easily connected by public transportation yet far enough from the crowds of midtown.
The best way to arrive by subway is the 4 or 6 train to E 77 St. We’re also just 10 minutes walking from the N, Q, or R at the 72 St station on 2nd Ave.
ASSISTED STRETCHING IN FLATIRON + CHELSEA FAQS:
All assisted stretching sessions are tailored to your needs. We recommend arriving about 5 minutes early so your Stretch*r can get a clear picture of your wellness goals for the stretch session. Dynamic stretching will help improve balance, promote joint strength, alleviate muscle tightness and reduce stiffness. Regular stretching can improve flexibility by 25% in just two months. Stretching (and massage therapy) can reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, as well as improve sleep quality.
All Stretch*d sessions are one-on-one in a semi-private room.
We’re open 8 AM – 8 PM Monday-Wednesday, 8 AM – 7 PM Thursday-Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM on Saturday, and 9 AM – 7 PM on Sunday.
We recommend making an appointment at our Upper East Side assisted stretching studio to ensure a session. Walk-ins are accepted, but we cannot guarantee availability.
Of course! All assisted stretching is tailored to your needs, flexibility level, and fitness goals. Our Stretch*rs check in throughout the session to ensure you’re comfortable and getting the most out of each stretch.
We know how New York can be. Between delayed subways, flaky Ubers, and taxi traffic, we recommend leaving early to ensure you have enough travel time. Unfortunately, if you are late, we cannot make up for lost time. Please arrive with enough time to get settled so we can stretch you for as long as possible. Before and after your session, you can also make use of our Flex area. After 15 minutes, your time slot will be made available for booking by other clients.
Sessions rescheduled more than 12 hours in advance will be credited to your account for future use (we do not offer refunds). Sessions rescheduled within 12 hours will be forfeited. Missed sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or by email.
